Meet our Founder, Melanie

Melanie is a senior HR leader with over 24 years HR Management experience in both the profit and not-for-profit sector. Having worked in Australia and the UK, she is passionate about great HR services that have impact and deliver what the business actually needs. Melanie wants to create organisations where people can do their best work, feel valued and respected.

Melanie is a Fellow Member of AHRI (Australian HR Institute) and CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development UK).

She has extensive sector experience including health, aviation, disability, aged care, mental health, youth and retail.

Melanie was a Senior People Manager for a national Australian airline and an Executive HR Manager for a large not-for-profit in Western Australia. In the UK, Melanie worked as a HR Manager for one of the largest supermarket chains.
